"We would like to thank Alan and his team at Prestige Development for the kitchen extension he has created for us. It is an amazing space we are going to enjoy for years to come.

First of all Alan helped us in all of the admin side of the build: Architect selection, Building Control, Planning permission - Massive help as we didn’t have a clue. Alan kept us right up to date with day to day building works and what would be happening in the next week or 2 to prep us for what was coming. During the 12 week build time we where only without water and heat for 1 day, Electric was never off for more that an hour here and there when electrician was wiring up.

One of our biggest concerns was limiting the amount of disturbance to our neighbours (both sides). Alan's team where very respectful during works and when require Alan spoke at length to calm any fears and keep them in the loop about what was going on. The build itself went very smooth, 12 weeks was the estimate and it came in right on time. Budget again was spot on as Alan uses a quantity surveyor so we knew exactly down to the last screw what the build was going to cost.

We as a family could not recommend Alan and Prestige highly enough the lads have provided us with a wonderful space that we love and will enjoy for years to come."
